Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days following purchase except on holidays 3-4. Orders placed on  the day before or on holidays/weekends will be shipped on the following business day. 

Free Local delivery is available for customers within a 6mile ratios from business zip code 10550 , this option only become available at checkout when your zip code is entered.

Standard shipping  available $6.00 (weight 0-3lb). Other rates are calculated at checkout to facilitate the best pricing  for shipping, rates are determined  by  zip code  and speed of delivery selected using USPS services.

Your orders normally takes 2-4 business day to be  prepared and shipped, once items are dispatched to shipping courier, you  will received a email with containing said tracking number. Please note that it might take up to 24hrs  for the courier service to provide updates on tracking. All package must be signed for, if you are not available to sign , package will be held at local courier location. We are not responsible for any packages that are stolen upon delivery,delivered to wrong address based on address provided on order  creation and items not delivered. In the event that a package have not been delivered please contact the courier service first to find out what happened and start a claim.After which send us a email with claim info so we can also reach out to courier on your behalf.
