Refund policy
SkylarPeyton house of fashion LLC offers return for incorrect items and defective /damaged items in the form of store credit via Coupon Code/ E-Gift Card.We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; as such you are responsible to cover shipping costs of returns.
Item(s) being returned must meet the following Return Policy criteria:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear are non-returnable.
- All returns must include an order packing slip clearly indicating which items are being returned with respective order number. To facilitate a faster return process.
- All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Coupon code/ E-Gift Card.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Any such issue will be handled by the courier service.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
All returns should be mailed to :
- Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit /E- Gift card after subtracting the initial shipping fee.
- Please note once a order is placed we cannot edit as such please ensure that the address is accurate to ensure delivery to the appropriate address. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Rights Regarding Returns
SkylarPeyton house of fashion LLC reserve the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time for the following reasons;
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
