Can i receive a refund for items i no longer need?

SkylarPeyton house of fashion does not offer refunds, however you may send the items back to us and based on the condition of received item we will honor a store credit to be used at your convenience. Please note that intimate items such as bodysuits,swimwear etc  are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

 

Do offer exchange?

We  do offer exchange for items  you received damaged, wrong item shipped and wrong size received/ordered , any other reason will be at the discretion of management. Please not exchange items MUST BE in there original packaging and unworn to be honored, if not NO EXCHANGE will be offered.Exchange should be made/started within 7 days from n date of receiving the package. Once we receive you item at PO box listed below please allow 7 business days for said exchange to be processed and honored.

Do you provide return labels?

We DO NOT offer return labels, items returned for exchange will be at the customers expense.

How long does it take to received my order?

Your orders normally takes 2-4 business day to be  prepared and shipped, once items are dispatched to shipping courier, you  will received a email with containing said tracking number. Please note that courier might take up to 24hrs to provide updates on tracking. All package must be signed for, if you are not available to sign package will be held at local courier location. We are not responsible for any packages that are stolen upon delivery,delivered to wrong address based on address provided on order  creation and items not delivered. In the event that a package have not been delivered please contact the courier service first to find out what happened and start a claim.After which send us a email with claim info so we can also reach out to courier on your behalf.

Can i cancel my order?

Once a order is placed it CANNOT be cancelled since processing begins at that point to ensure speedy delivery. You can email us with subject line "URGENT order update " within 24hrs of placing said order and my team will try to make adjusting required as it relates to size,color,address etc. 

Please note that your order might be cancelled due to items becoming unavailable/out of stock. In such cases you will be refunded for that/those item/items.Also if our merchants cannot verify your billing information and shipping address your order may be cancelled. 

How does store credit work?

Store credit is received when you exchange an items due to one of the specific reasons listed in return/exchange policies. In this event following us accepting and processing  your exchange you will be issued a store credit for the value of those products returned excluding cost of shipping. Store credit can then be used on any item on website in a new order creation. PS there are no expiration date on store credit.
